Like coaching itself, the processes are unique to each individual based on personal investment and desired outcomes. However there are effective assessment tools and processes that are universally effective. The result is greater self-awareness, increased clarity and effective execution using tools to move you forward towards your life purposes. All assessments and tools utilized by Cavanaugh Coaching are empirically validated and scientifically founded.
1. Gallup Strengths Coaching
This The Strengthsfinder Assessment is a powerful tool that helps individuals and teams to identify, understand and maximize their strengths. When people can define and deeply understand their strengths (and non-strengths) the result is transformative. When teams understand and share not only their own but also their team members’ greatest strengths, the result is positively explosive! Fact: People who consciously use their strengths every day are SIX times more likely to be engaged in their work and THREE times more likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. Gallup Strengthsfinder assessment and development training is utilized by all of the US fortune 100 companies and 90% of the International Fortune 1000 companies as primary educational and developmental training and coaching tool to develop senior level management and leadership.
2. MCORE - Motivational Core Coaching
MCORE is a tool for self-discovery. It is is about what makes you “tick” – what gets you out of bed in the morning. MCORE will provide you and your coach with a motivational blueprint defining why you do what you do and how you can leverage your core motivations to increase productivity, align your professional position, and deepen your sense of meaning and joy. The MCORE coaching experience is a journey towards increased self-awareness and all excellence begins with excellent understanding of self.
3. VIA Institute - Character Coaching
Knowing you character strengths is more than just interesting. 4. Keller Influence Indicator - Focused Influence Coaching
The Keller Influence Indicator measures influence potential. It is designed to identify areas of power, influence, and human capital assets according to the strength and maximization of influence traits. This is an intense and in depth exploration into the how and with what you move people, situations and opportunities. 5. High Performance Coaching
High performance coaching is an advanced coaching process. It is required that you complete Strengths Coaching and at least 5 additional hours of developmental and alignment focused coaching prior to beginning high Performancxe Coaching. The reality is that high performers rarely have a performance issue. However they almost without fail have alignment issues. In high performance coaching we strive to create and optimize life and career alignment through focus on highly targeting goal setting, habit management, adoption of the essentialist mentality, pursuit of extreme internal and external self-awareness and more. This is a challenging and demanding course that will necessitate sweat and sacrifice to achieve true high performance. But the rewards are significant. And more importantly the lessons learned are permanent.
6. Life Plan Experience - Proprietary Process
The LifePlan experience is a one-on-one, three-day, intensive process designed by Tom Paterson. The Paterson LifePlan is a proven, spiritually and behaviorally sound process intended to help you discover your unique design, clarify your life mission, and apply these discoveries to your personal, family, vocational, spiritual, and community life domains.
During this two-day process, we will:
- Gain perspective on your life.
- Create your LifePlan.
- Put your LifePlan into action.
- Prepare ways to periodically renew your LifePlan.
